When D'Artagnan was launched 23 years ago,
the company was virtually the only purveyor of game and foie gras
in the country. Today D'Artagnan is a $50 million business,
supplying organic game, meat and poultry, foie gras, pâtés,
sausages, smoked delicacies, and wild mushrooms. Ms. Daguin is
the founding president of the Les Nouvelles Meres Cuisinieres,
winner of the James Beard Foundation Who's Who of Food and Beverage
in America Award, and the Lifetime Achievement Award from Bon Appetit.
