After graduating from the French Culinary Institute (New York) in 2001, Kee opened her first shop in May of 2002. With no prior business experience in chocolates, Kee established herself as a fine chocolatier, winning acoulates from her industry peers. For the last 6 years, Zagat Survey Rating gave her a 29 out of 30. The chocolates are handmade daily and inspired by Asian flavors. She’s been featured on Lifetime for Real Women, the Food Network, Asian and Brazilian Television, “Queer Eye for the Straight Guy” and most recently, PBS. Kee has also been featured in the Financial Times, The New York Times Magazine, New York magazine, Gourmet, Town & Country, Chocolatier, Esquire (Japan) and many others.
