Located at street level, the TimesCenterStage is a performance space ideal for lectures, chamber music concerts, film screenings, readings, workshops, seminars, symposia, multi-media presentations, and more. It can seat up to 378 with the platform stage 65' wide and 15' deep. For events requiring a larger stage, it can be expanded 10 additional feet, bringing the dimensions to 65' wide by 25' deep (this configuration reduces the TimesCenterStage capacity to 300 seats).

Adjacent to TheStage is the TimesCenterGallery, which looks out onto West 41st Street and can serve as an ideal location to complement an event in TheStage. By expanding the size of the TimesCenter lobby, it can work as a meeting break-out room, a spot for a post-performance reception, or as a "meet and greet" location.

Beneath TheStage is the TimesCenterHall, a multi-purpose facility perfect for banquets, receptions, trade shows, product launches, awards shows, and more. The room can be set up in multiple formats and configurations and is 4,954 square feet, allowing for up 700 people standing or 400 seated banquet style.

The TimesCenter is a fully equipped audio and visual facility and is wired for almost any type of event. A piano is available for musical events (user is responsible for the tuning costs) and TheTimesCenter Hall includes a caterer's staging area.
